I'm really not a fast food fan. However, with few healthy choices and a growling stomach, we entered this almost vacant Wendy's. I ordered a grilled 'real" chicken - and ate it sans bread. Let's do lettuce wraps!

Not a great experience. Our food and drink orders were correct, but we had to ask SEVERAL times for ketchup, honey mustard and mayonnaise. We wanted enough for our five orders, but the employee gave us ketchup and honey mustard packets One. At. A. Time. Then she said they didn't have any mayo. I questioned that and she finally said, "Well, we have some at the sandwich station but I would have to go over there to get it." So? Then she said they didn't have any cups for the mayo. I asked her to just put some mayo in a small Frosty cup. Don't know why she was so reluctant to give me mayo. After we were back on the freeway going through our bags, we realized they didn't give us enough straws and spoons for our drinks and Frostys. I hate that!! Get it right, especially with drive-through orders. Oh, and the employee coughed on her bare hands. Yuck.

I wish I could give this Wendy's no stars! We frequent this Wendy's more cause of how close it is to home. Let me start off by saying every time we ask for no tomato we end up with tomato. Tonight I got the Asiago chicken sandwich and I received it with the chicken a dot of sauce and a wilty piece of lettuce(photo included) . No cheese, no bacon. My husband got a burger and they always seem to be pink! Come on guys you have one job! That's it. I tried calling but they never answer the phone probably cause they are sick of all the complains cause they can't get their shit together.

Not quite on par with other Wendy's. To start the bathroom has no running water and no changing table. Now to the food. The restaurant was completely out of diet soda of any kind... No toys for the kids meal and my nuggets were cold and old. Not sure if I will come back to this location

This has got to be the slowest service of any fast food joint! Drive thru personnel were rude. Asked for a straw; told it was in the bag but of course it wasn't. Never again!
